All disputes related to the Agreement or the member’s participation in GCBN shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state of GA.  The Arbitration shall be subject to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association.  This clause includes any and all disputes involving GCBN and it’s officers, staff, and representatives.
